We have just started setting up our one barrel brew house at the Retreat! This will allow us to do small batches of experimental, one-off, and specialty beers. Basically, anything and everything our brewers can dream up or have always wanted to try. There are a couple of pieces of the puzzle that are on their way and then we will be able to start with the electrical and plumbing work to get it up and running. A one barrel system is basically the equivalent of two standard size kegs so anything we make at the Retreat will be very limited in nature. We may even revisit some old favorites that we haven’t brewed in a while, so who knows what might show up on the menu in the near future?
